For used parts as well as I think sleeves for the F30 and maybe the F20 try Alderson tractor. Rice equipment has a lot of new parts for these.
Also, while I don't think they specialize in either of yours, Fordson House will have a lot of engine parts for that F30 since 10-20s are one of their specialties; likewise many gaskets for the Regular and F-20 should work interchangably.
Certainly more out there, but I've ordered from each recently and all are a pleasure to work with.
