The Mazda pump adaptation looks pretty good - almost like it was factory made. Presuming it has enough capacity to supply the torque motor you plan to use (Charlynn?) I suspect it would work well and be trouble-free.
However the Toyota electric pump I'd avoid for a couple reasons:
1 - You'll need a 12 volt alternator conversion. Also the alternator would need to be fairly high-capacity (60 amp or greater) to work well.
3 - I'd be concerned about the electric pump's longevity in tractor service! Keep in mind in a car that pump probably runs only occasionally and very briefly - like when parking. However on your average tractor the power steering (and hence the pump) must work hard pretty much continuously. I suspect the pump motor would heat up quickly and not last very long.
