The unloading valve isn't letting the system go off pressure. This is normally worse as the oil vgets hotter. To get to this, take the shield that covers the hydraulic off. Toward the left of the valves is a box with a cast cover about 2 by 4 inches. The cover is held on by four bolts which use a 1/2 wrench. Take this cover off. Under this cover you will find a plug which uses a flat screwdriver to remove. Take the plug out and enlarge the small hole in it with a 1/64 drill bit. Put it back together and it should work. 515 847 2731.
