Well Guess it is time to get a I T manual and set down and read up on the MCV valve as ya may have a sticking regulator valve and get some fine and i do mean fine emery cloth like 600 grit or finer in case ya have to do some polishing of the spools . And ya might want to consider a MCV spring and gskt kit along with a new pump since you are going to be there .A set of dial calipers is something else ya will need to check spring length and a gauge to check pressure . OR if this is a bit more then ya want to do then let someone in your area do it that knows what he is doing and has done this before .
