I'm in nebraska. The way I figure it here 500 for any no running tractor of that vintage. This Holds pretty true. Behlen p/s adds1-300. 3pt adds 0 to 300 ish. The basket case of it knocks it down in price and the sheet metal was messed up so that knocks it. The LP may or may not add anything. Depends on who is there. I don't think it's a true stage 2 as it still had an apparently still working belly pump. I've seen good running super m's with new paint sell for 2000. The guys that bought these were not pullers either. They were bought to become working tractors again.
You are right that the 4010 has not pulling value but it is still a very capable tractor for just about anything you need to do on a farm. Especially hay/feeding operations. Grandpa has one just like it and quit farming 15 years ago. It was his only field tractor. I've seen good 4010's bring nearly 10000.
