Vern, I was the first to respond to your post. I saw your number of posts and your signup date, I figured you have been around the red iron before. But when some one post a question like you did, it triggers the type responses you recieved. It seemed you were too lazy to even try to figure out what wrench would fit. It sounded like the post we all see where someone buys a tractor, has no manuals, wants to borrow your manuals, and cannot figure out how to check the oil...
Now we have that out of the way, there are two options for the tight clearance. If you have more than one wrench in the given sizes needed, you can grind one down in thickness to fit. The second option is to bite the bullet and spend some cash on a set of "service wrenchs" or "pump wrenchs". The are a little shorter, thinner, and wider than standard wrenches. They are used for applications like working on pump impellers, hydraulic or pneumatic cylinders and couplings, valves, and changing the fan belt on a SA.
Hang in there Vern, and do not take it personally. Hope you get the belt changed out.
