Soundslike you may have had the old graphite-block style of throwout bearing. Nothing on the bearing turned. It was simply a block of graphite that the clutch fingers turned on, which would help explain why you don't have any spare parts running around in there.
We had a discussion on this maybe a couple of weeks ago on another of the smaller tractors. My SuperC parts book show the graphite bearing as being part and parcel with the carrier/retainer, i.e., one piece. For a roller bearing type, I'm pretty sure you need a carrier for the bearing to ride in. The carrier would take the place of your older bearing in the clutch fork. (They seem to have used the graphite for regular drive tractors, and the roller bearing for tractors with the hydra-creeper option)
That carrier part number is 6116D and is common to As and Bs, as well as the Cs. Bearing numbers in the catalog that may still be crossed are 18567D, 55212D, and 361 292 R91.
I tried to re-use the graphite bearing in my SuperC, but there was just enough difference in the fingers of the new clutch that it pretty much shattered almost right away and I had to resplit it.
