Mark: I've never seen a 656 with a different size rear end. I've seen a lot of different size rear ends in the seat of a 656. We put 16,000 hours on one, never had the rear end apart. I can tell you it took numerous rear ends in the seat to put 16,000 hours on tractor rear end. We did a major rebuild at 10,000 hours, that rear end and transmission were about the only item untouched.
