There may be one out there, but I don't know of a step-by-step tutorial on rebuilding a Zenith, apart from the instructions that come with some kits.
The dripping could very well be from a stuck or leaky float, the needle stuck or blocked by debris, and that may need checking out.
But first I'd ask if the dripping happens when you have just opened up the valve on the sediment bowl without cranking the motor. If so, then it is probably in the carb.
If not, I'll just add that those little 113s/123s with Zeniths didn't need and wouldn't tolerate much choke. Usually no more than one or two turns of the motor at full choke. After that, you'd want to open up the choke before cranking any more or they'd start flooding and dripping.
Have you had it running since the rebuild? If not, it might be worth taking a look, too at your air supply. If it's restricted, the vacuum will pull more gas and less air resulting in the same problem, even if the carb is in tip-top shape. If you haven't already, try pulling the cup off the bottom of your air cleaner. Look up from the bottom to make sure there's no obstruction in the center pipe up to the top and nothing obvious plugging up the mesh in the body of the air cleaner. Up here in the cold climes, if you get enough water built up in the cup at the bottom, it will freeze and block any air flow, so if that's a factor, check that out, too.
If you can get it to start without flooding with the cup off, then just refill the cup to the line and put it back on and go.
Bottom line, though, I suspect the float or needle or too much choke as the root of your problem.

Today's Featured Article - Talk of the Town: How to Remove a Broken Bolt - by Staff. Another neat discussion from the Tractor Talk Discussion Forum. I've already drilled the center of the bolt out with about 7/64" drill bit the entire length of the bolt. Only one end of the bolt is visible. I tried to use an easy out but it wasn't budging and I didn't want t
