JJ, alot of the 'early' regulars DID NOT have a serial stamped on the framerail. In about late 27 or early 28 is when they put them up by the radiator.
if you dont have a toolbox tag, the only other place would be your engine serial ........assuming the block hasnt been changed out :?
The 26 that i traded to Sloroll didnt have a framerail number, nor did the 27 he sold to SproutW
