Its a pretty easy fix. Both those seals need to be replaced. The lower coupler unscrews. Normal right hand thread. Mine was pretty tight. Put it in 5th gear, set the brakes. I used a large pipe wrench and had to hit it with a hammer. Unbolt the upper shaft. Then remove a bolt and the upper coupler. Remove the 3 bolts that hold each housing in place. I got the seals at a local parts house. Take the old seal so they can get the # from it. Good luck.
