Looked like the starte bendiz was sticking is why he grabbed the belt, or there were teeth missing off the ring gear. I don't think he started that tractor with the fan belt, but if that M had water in the tires and the wheel weights it would have pulled that load while standing on its head. It did have a loader on it so I am sure it had water. Shoot I pulled a 24 ft straight mack flat bed with a 20 something ft implement trailer behind it and a 67 Olds 442 on the trailer, out of the mud with a wrecked but running 72 Olds cutlass with snow tires on the back and every scrap brake drum and rotor I had in the what was left of the trunk. Pulled him out in reverse. The truck had no weight on the back at all. Guy with the truck couldn't belive it, but if anyone knows some boys up in Star City, IN that work on tractors, ask one of the brothers. It was that greasy mud at first thaw and still frozen 2 inches down. Wish I had the video for that one!
