I think your 560 (you didn't say farmall or IH or gas or diesel or stick or hydro) has the same basic hydraulics as my 2606 industrial. I'm not sure if mine has a 12 or 17 gpm main pump or if the aux steering pump is a 4.5 or 7 gpm pump.
Anyway, I have a big IH3000 loader and it will raise a 6.5'+,1500#+ round bale up quickly with no problem at half throttle. A little slower at idle but it will walk a big bale right up as high as I want to go.
I don't know how big the f-11 loader is but it really boils down to cylinder and piston rod sizes. Don't recall those off the top of my head for the 3000.
