heres my opinon, not that it means alot.
I strictly coolect pre 39 only, and i do own a 15-30. one thing about this tractor is its HEAVY and not too manueverable. it takes a football field to turn one around and are pretty crude.
I personally wouldnt go over 1500 on that just for the fact it has cutoffs (cant stand em) and someone else did metal work so you dont know if they did a good job or just tried to cover stuff up with mud.
basically the jist of my rambling is the fact that this is a tractor you have to WANT to own due to size and what not. parts can still be found for it so if something breaks, not a real big deal. also, does it still have the stock manifold and carb on it?? that right there is a big deterrent to me when i looked for one, im kinda of a stickler for fairly correct tractors.
