In this weather, and not knowing history, I would not worry if it is starting and running well. If there is a chance to let it sit for a two day period, and you then gently open the oil drain plug, you can determine if there is coolant getting into the oil. If it is not being used hard when run it may just be condensation being forced out. starting response and rapid cleanup of white smoke speak to good compression. If it has no water in the oil, I would wait until warmer weather to diagnose. JimN
