On the same housing where you got that # look on the same side just behind engine and up near top for a serial plate held on with 4 rivets. This plate will have the tractor serial # stamped in it. May be painted over, if its in good shape you may be able to read tractor model. If its like a lot of them after years have gone by the serial # and some letters or letter is probably all thats readable. Some serial numbers for tractors that housing would fit overlap, so posting # may be enough to identify tractor or more info may be needed. Down below the cast # you posted there should be a date code the part was cast. Will have a # for month, # for day of month and a letter for the year. Z= 1954, A=55, B=56 C=57. As alresdy posted the tractor should be a 300 or 350 utility or farmall tractor, 1954 or newer.
