I would think twice about converting to 12V. If it has worked for 40+ years as 6V why not keep it that way? New (heavy guage) battery cables usually correct any electrical problems. Low oil pressure is not unusual in old tractors. Rebuilding the oil pump probably will fix that. As for price, that kinda depends on your relationship with GrandPa. If one of my kids or grand kids wanted one of my tractors I'd give it to them or atleast give them a real good price. Be careful about causing friction with other relatives thou. In my area Cubs go for $2,000 to $3,000 in the condition you discribe and with those attachments. Somewhat less IF it really does need repairs as you describe .
