First of all welcome to the diesel world. I was wondering if in your are it is as cold as it is in my area. Today is a balmy 35 degrees. It should be -15 but any ways. I noticed that my 384 needed a little help staring in the fall and it was in the upper 50's. Or possibly you have a valve turned off in your tank.
