Which port are you using for the pressure side? Some ports were fitted with a delay valve though I don't know what if any effect that would have on a loader. Also sometimes takes awhile for the fluid to warm up in our cold temps and while the fluid in the belly warms due to being pumped continuously with the lever locked back, the fluid in the cylinders is just sitting there until you start raising/lowering the unit.
