I have made 3 for Farmalls and one for a John Deere. Cost about $300 including one cylinder. I use them a lot and only had a few problems with fatigue metal. The arms have to be extra long if using an overrunning clutch on the PTO. It took one full day of welding and another for painting and mounting.
