If the soil is unbroken from the last crop, and you are using it as first pass tillage, no. even pretty shallow it will not have traction to pull it (lower gears will certainly rotate the tires, but W/O forward progress). Weight and duals will just tear up the tractor by overloading the rearend components. Someone on here said 8 to 10 hp per foot of tillage.
If you are on an opened field it will pull it shallow and pretty slow. 8ft is more in line with function and an M. I would trade it for the correct tool, or the tractor to pull it. Smaller tool is probably a better option. JimN
