Wild Bill, I have been told if your metal is good just boil out the tank. If you have an older tank from tractor you may not be able to replace than do tank liner kit. I have had some old tanks from the 20's that had pin hole in them. I bought a tank sealer kit from Eastwoods. If you cover the holes with tape or filler than the sealer makes a new liner in the tank. I have had 2) that were bad, now done no leaks at all. I think this is least expensive way to repair tanks. oldiron29
