I bought one of those Year Around cabs brand spankin' new and it had all the insulation, but still, was the noisest thing I've ever been in. :>(
However, they've now got a product out there that ya might try. It's called Dynamat and it really does the job. Ya might try that.
Like someone else said, be sure and insulate under the floorboard and around that tractor cowl area too because that is where the noise originates. That roof just reflects it back.
Then, get an extension on that muffler to get the exhaust noise up and over the level of that air intake of the cab.
