I'm one of those folks around here with a reputation for objecting to folks who answer a question by saying, "Get the manual." That said, you need to get some manuals.
Specs? What specs? Clearance on rod and main bearings to crank? End thrust? Ring end gaps? Torque? Head studs or rods and mains? Valve clearance? Timing and points gap? Wrist pins to rod bushings?
If you're going to rebuild a motor, you need to get some manuals. I'd recommend two and maybe a third.
You need at least the IH Blue Ribbon Service Manual for the H. That, and/or the I&T manual #IH-8 which covers all of the letter-series Farmalls. Either or both of those and the Parts Catalog which has blow-ups of the parts, very useful for the unique aspects of the machine and IH engineering.
All can be had from the store in this site or from binderbooks.com
To ask for "torque and everything" is asking for a bit much, considering that the information fills 60 pages and more in a service manual.
My best (and friendliest, really!) advice is to get the books, and check with us for things that aren't clear, for advice on things that are marginal for specs and so on.
