chris, the booth is a bananza, 1.5 million btu with spray and bake cycles. for ken, the reason is was shot this way was so i did not tie up the booth too long. as we put cars thru the booth, i needed to get in and out with it in one day. so, i pulled the front end off with the rails, cleaned up the motor (has some head work done at that time) painted the motor and front end parts, blasted the front rims, put new tires on and re-assembled. the valve cover was painted off the motor while the head was out, so i still have set the valves and re-torque the head after its started. and actually it was easier to paint a lot of the hard to get areas with the front end off.
