I did a lot of snow plowing with my H this winter and noticed when I added oil there was some condensation in the governor housing, Today it warmed up and I fired up the H to go get firewood and after it ran a bit it started sputtering bad. Seems some of that moisture found its way into the distrubutor cap and condensed there. If any one has running problems pull the cap off first and check for water in the cap.
