All I find in the parts book is a part number for the crankshaft assembly (bearings, rods, etc.), but not the crankshaft alone. I have heard the crankshafts were strengthened for the numbered series Cub Lo-Boys. Is this true?
The numbers I read on mine are: 251264R1, 531792R1 and the third is unreadable. Could be 27486?R1.
Help will be appreciated.

I just checked the ENG-1 Parts Catalog and the 251 264 R1 is not listed but the 251 264 R11 is but has been replaced. So the parts number is definitely for a C-60 Engine.
You could check the other Cub Parts Manuals to see which application the engine was from. I do not have all of the Parts Catalogs up yet, but am working on the.
