There are a lot of ways to go on this if you don't need to satisfy the correct/original police.
GM used to make a generator with a PS pump on the back. You might find one at a boneyard but they are old.
There are a lot of smaller PS pumps used on cars that could be adapted with a fabricated bracket. Some have the reservoir on the pump and some use a remote reservoir.
If you have the distributor-mounted live hydraulic pump on the tractor you could use a priority valve and not need a separate PS pump.
