That part is no longer available from Case-IH OR anywhere else that I know of, and I do not know how to remove one from a used bowl without doing damage that would render it useless. I have heard from others that it is possible to drill and tap that hole to allow screwing in a jet from a Holley carburetor, but I've never done it, and it would be somewhat of a guessing game to get the correct size. Your best option might be to find another bottom carburetor half that is in intact. You might want to contact Chads over on the pulling board for more ideas.
