First thing to look at is if some one has turned the single , double selector too far and bent or broke the roll pin stop as this will cause system to stay on demand. Second, in the regulator valve block,(one with four bolts on top) there is a screwed in orfice with a screen that will plug causing same problem. You will need a new gasket and maybe orfice as screen gets tore up bad. Cut off bottom of screen to clean and then curl it back up if it is intact. Put in a longer bolt in opposite corners of block when removing cover as there is a very heavy relief valve spring under neath.
