Well the throw out bearing is just popped off the carrier with a few lite taps as for the pilot bearing ya need a puller . as for the rear main seal this can be done with out removing the rear engine plate with a good pry bar and a sharp chisel . But to install it ya need the seal installer to press it and the ware ring on all at the same time. .The other seals that should be replaces is the PTO input seal and the transmission input shaft seal , now while ya got that apart ya may want to replace the PTO input bearing . That bearing replacement is cheap insurance against a leaking seal later.
