Well I got it all apart. The bearings are gone and so is the top bearing seat? It is broken. Looks like its been this way for lots of years. The woem and the pin that drives it look OK. The pin isnt hardly worn you can still read the numbers on the end of it. So it looks like I need 2 bearings and a race? And oil.
