Carey: I am NOT an expert on T/A but I'll mention a few things. In direct (foward TA lever) try 5th gear and apply both brakes to load engine down then quickly pull ta lever back. It should shift down and hold in lower gear ratio. 2ed item I noticed is drive in 4th half throttle with ta back and then "start" slowing down. If it seems like it pops out of gear and Whines, it's going bad. Another item I noticed is with clutch in and stopped, pull ta back, then start tractor foward in say 5th and before it gets to full speed, put ta full foward fairly quick... it should go up in gear ratio and load engine without feeling like it went to netural... Best to ask this as a new question and get expert answers... good luck with the 350. By the way, a narrow front steering is subject to wear with lots of loader use. ag
