The serial tag will have an F in front of the 544 if it is a Farmall.
There will be the word "Farmall" above the 544 on the side emblems if it is a Farmall
It will have wheels that look like they slide on the axles if it is a Farmall.
The wide front end will be straight if it is a Farmall. I've seen many 544s and never one with a narrow front end. They may have not come with narrow front ends, and in fact narrow fronts were on their way out by 1969 due to OSHA regulations and the new fad of suing others for your own stupidity.
The Farmall will look tall and lanky. The Utility will look short and squatty. To mount a Farmall, you have to use an intermediate step on the side of the tractor to reach the platform. You can step straight up on to a utility.
