James: When you have the sediment bowl off, open the gas shut off from tank, just to be certain you have good fuel flow from the tank. I've had more problems with neck between tank and bowl plugging than any other fuel blockage.
If it down to a dribble you know that sediment bowl neck is plugged. A quick cure is compressed air back through reassembled sediment bowl into the tank. If that improves the fuel flow, you know there is a sludge problem in the tank.
