If that H is an early one, New parts for that U-joint are not available. You can however hack saw the old unit off the shaft and replace it with an aftermarket complete unit. The aftermarket unit requires drilling a couple of holes through the shaft and installing roll pins. Takes a bit of doing but really is not all that bad. I have installed a couple of them. One of those was on an H that was new enough for parts to be available, but it had been worn out for so long that it could not be rebuilt.
