Had 364 that developed same problem. Lift stuck in the full up position. The 364 appears to have the same hydraulics. After check the isolator valve mentioned by BCNewf remove the plate on the top of the hydraulic unit(under seat) to inspect valves and linkages. You may have to drain some of the fluid to be able to see. On ours the draft spool had broken where the linkage connected to it. The draft spool was in the "raise" position and therefore the lift was stuck in the up position. This maybe a common problem.I was able to find the draft spool aftermarket which was much cheaper than IH/Case dealer. Once you remove the cover and drain some to most of the fluid out you should be able to inspect the valve and linkages. A factory service manual(worth the money) and help from this forum allowed me to replace the draft spool and all the o rings and gaskets successfully. This saved us a considerable amount of money.
