My old M had 18.4 X 38's on it when I bought it and it left me wishing I had a lower gear quite often, I know with the 560 you have the TA for lower gears but I would still reccommend that you go with a set of 16.9's or 18.4 X 34's . I ended up running a set of firestone field and road 18.4 x 34's on my M and it was huge difference. It was finally geared low enough that I could actually go a decent speed in the 3 mph classes, with the 18.4 x 38's it seemed I could never go above half throttle.
My 560 currently has 15.5 x 38's and I would really like to go to a set of 16.9's or 18.4's on it just so it would look better. They just changed the rules around here and I can't pull much anymore anyway, so I would just like it to look a little beffier. The stupid new rules say that the engine has to match the sheetmetal and rearend, the rules used to be that it had to be under 380 cubes but oh well. They won't let me run my 358 anymore, quess I could look for a 301 diesel block.
