Your rite, pull it a foot and it starts. I just got it back from the mag shop who replaced the impulse and said the mag checked out good. When it starts I can usually hear the impulse click. When it decides not to start I do not hear the impulse. I usually only pull upwards w/mag sitting on the retard side of center. When it does not start after 4th crank I sometimes go ahead and push down on the crank when it is on top and it will start. Whats that tell you?
