The 560 uses a closed center hydraulic system with a constant displacement pump. There is an unloader valve that has to move to dump oil to the reservoir when there is no demand for hydraulics. The unloader valve also functions as the system relief valve. The flow of oil through the orifice is what controls the unloader valve. If it gets plugged or the screen so dirty that it does not allow enough oil through the system will stay on high pressure. Excessive wear in the auxiliary valve spool and body can also keep the system on high pressure. Check the orifice first.
