My wife has given the ok to purchase another toy as she puts it.(This was after her recieving a very expensive tennis bracelet for her 50 birthday) I have a B model Farmall that belonged to my dad, repainted in pretty good shape. WD 45 allis diesel new engine, new paint in good to excellent shape. 1850 Oliver gas that I use to mow and grade snow with, in average condition. I like tractors that are not normally seen in our area, (southern IN). I have been thinking of Oliver super 88 standard or 99 diesels, Super W9 diesel Farmall or last choice only because I have never been around them would be a 820 or 830 John Deere. Problems, prices, availability, anything about any of these tractors would be more than appreciated. Thanking you in advance for all info. P.S. I do know where I can purchase Super W9 diesel close to home. Tractor came from Kansas, what would be a fair prise for this tractor? Tractor is straight and complete, but I did not here it run. Appears to be in good to excellent shape.
