F-14 Weak Fireing

To start with my F-14 wasnt running on but two cylinders,1 and 2.Put new plugs and wires in,cleaned everything in cap as good as I could.Now running om three cylinders.If I pull the wires off one at a time 1,2,and 4 have a real good spark,but three has a very,very weak spark.Its not even enough to fire the plug.Any ideas what could be wrong?
