We ran dual 14.9 x 38's on both our Super M's for many years for fitting and planting. It provided reduced soil compaction and very good traction.
The inner wheels were mounted with the wheel dish facing in and in as far as hitch clearance permitted. The outers were mounted 'dish out' with the hubs tight to the inner wheel hubs.
