What do you mean by "the dual hydraulics?"
Are you counting the number of ports on the sides of the tractor below the gas tank?
An H's factory hydraulic system only has a single, one-way hydraulic control. The "dual" ports are there for convenience. They are all controlled by one lever.
Now, if you have an add-on dual hydraulic control, that's a different story. You will likely want to add one anyway if you don't already have one. Two-way hydraulics are much more convenient, and having dual controls gives you the ability to run the 3pt and another implement without having to fiddle with hoses.
Saginaw County Tractor has the best 3pt conversion. I don't know if they do local dealerships, but they do ship their hitches. wwwDOTsaginawcountytractorDOTcom. All other hitches pale in comparison.
