They were made by Howard Rotavator, and are fairly rare. For standard hitch it was an S28, and L28 for fast hitch. 28 inches wide, and were offset to tight so that by setting right wheel to narrowest it would wipe out the track. To do a good job it alos required a despeeder that mounted between the left final drive and transmission and reduced the tractor speed by about half. The despeeder offset the left wheel about 6 or so inches and required spacers to mount drawbar, etc. Typical price for tiller is $400 to $800 depending on condition and location, another $500 to $1,000 for a complete despeeder. Many of the despeeders are missing a plate and sela off one end, or the drawbar extensions, or the brake extension.
