I just finished installing a used hand clutch in my M Not very dificult. The one you describe sounds to be missing parts somehow they have it ingaaged all the time or the tractor would not move.I have a schematic drawing of it that would give you an understanding of it . It would also be easy to return to stock with a few parts.
I have a scaner but im trying to figure out e mail attachements.
