Mike i may have a few things that might help you with your tractor. First thing i would do is make sure you have fuel coming out of both sides of your carburator. Also make sure your sediment bulb is not pluged. Next check your spark, take your ciol wire off of your distributer and hold it away from the hole it goes into about 1/16 of an inch while cranking it over if you get spark your coil is fine. Then it may be your distributer cap and rotor. Also if you have gas running out of your carb. the float is probably stuck. I will try to think of something else until then good luck.
