Oh yes, coulters are a very hot commodity. That's why I'm restoring this one even though it's been worn beyond the point of being worthwhile to repair.
It was wore so bad on the axle that I replaced the 1/2" axle bolt with a 5/8". I'm going to have to fashion a bushing for the yoke on the bar too.
Figure if I spend $30 fixing this one, it'll save me having to spend $100 and months to find another used one. That'll leave me only three coulters short of my goal.
