Binder Books has an operator's manual that covers all the #22 mowers. There are enough illistrations to easily tell all 3 mowers apart, along with all the adjustment and operation instructions that you will need.

Unless you have a very late mower, the pitman is 451392R1. The late one is 57197C1. They both show available from CaseIH on Messick's site. The early one is about $20, the late about $34. The late one seems kind of pricey, but I still wouldn't make one myself for that.
