Is it a M or a H? I just did both of mine this winter and this is what I had. The M I had to drop the pump and take out the clutch shaft to get at the top seal. Since I was in there I changed the clutch plate to. My M is a 49. On my H wich is 44 I droped the pump and did not have to pull the clutch shaft. There was enough room to pull the coupler of the top shaft and I pulled the bearings on the top and bottom and replaced those. I would suggest changing out the bearings while you are under there. They are not that expensive. It took a bit to get those bearings out with little pry bars and screw drivers but they came. good luck and have a nice good creeper.
